Nous sommes heureux de publier la seconde édition de Paris Végétarien. Que de changements au cours de l'année 2007: des restaurants et des boutiques ont fermé, d'autres ont été créés, d'autres encore ont modifié leurs horaires. La version 2008 de Paris Végétarien est beaucoup plus complète que la première édition. Pour la section "restaurant" en plus de l'adresse, du téléphone, des heures d'ouverture et de la station de métro, vous trouverez pour chaque restaurant des descriptions de plats ou formules proposés, des exemples de prix, des photographies et lorsqu'il y en a un, le site Internet. Vient ensuite une liste des bars à jus ( et parfois à soupes, et snacks pensant aux végétariens) avec nom, adresse, téléphone, horaires d'ouverture et genre de produits proposés. La troisième partie rassemble les adresses des boutiques d'alimentation biologiques à Paris. Lorsque certaines d'entre elles possèdent aussi un coin repas, permettant de manger à toute heure de la journée, nous le mentionnons aussi. Enfin, nous avons répertorié les puits artésiens de Paris accessibles au public et aussi les principales boulangeries biologiques. Included are the names, addresses, business hours, phone numbers, and closest metro stations, as well as examples of meals/juices/soups proposed with their prices and organic ingredients used. The third chapter lists organic food shops with their names, addresses, business hours and phone numbers. When available, the number of seats for eating-in and websites are given. In the fourth chapter you will find listed the artesian wells still open to the public. Here you can get pure spring water for free, and chat with French people. In the fifth and sixth chapters, you will find lists of the main organic bakeries in Paris and information about organic food open markets. At the end of the book is an English-French food dictionary to help you get what you really want./
